The PT500Plus parallel axis gearbox fault mechanism research simulation experimental platform is developed for data acquisition and analysis of rotor, gear transmission faults, faulty motor systems, and bearing faults. It can flexibly configure sensors for measuring vibration, noise, speed, torque, etc. It can simulate the transient process of speed rise and fall and the vibration state of steady-state operating conditions of rotating machinery, as well as various common rotating machinery faults, such as rotor dynamic balance test, rotor misalignment test, and mechanical loosening test.
The experimental system consists of a platform base plate, three-phase variable frequency motor, dynamic torque sensor system, rolling bearing rotor system, parallel axis gearbox, torque loading system, coupling, circulating cooling system, test bench control system, fault kit, vibration and noise sensor, multi-channel collector, fault analysis software, etc.
Conduct simulation experiments on common rotor mechanical faults, such as shaft misalignment, rotor imbalance, and loose mechanical foundations.
Additional optional laser alignment device: perform precise alignment and alignment tests on the axis of rotation.
Conducting predictive tests on bearing life: understanding the relationship between bearing failure mechanisms and bearing load, speed, vibration, and temperature.
Research on the Failure Mechanism of Parallel Shaft Gearboxes: Different Failure Forms of Straight and Diagonal Teeth, such as pitting, wear, cracks, broken teeth, missing teeth, and other common faults; Different fault forms can also be customized according to needs.
Research on Rolling Bearing Faults: Different forms of faults in the internal bearings and supporting bearings of gearboxes, such as bearing inner ring faults, bearing outer ring faults, bearing cage faults, bearing rolling element faults, bearing comprehensive faults, etc.
Motor fault research: In addition, different types of faulty motors can be selected and combined with current and voltage sensors to study motor rotor unbalance faults, motor bearing faults, motor rotor bar breakage faults, motor turn to turn short circuit faults, motor voltage unbalance phase loss faults, motor rotor eccentricity faults, motor shaft bending faults, and other fault phenomena.
Simulation of different working conditions: gear characteristics under motor speed up and down states, gear characteristics under different load states, etc.
