The PT700 Machinery Fault & Rotor Dynamics Simulator can simulate various common rotating machinery faults,including motor and gear transmission faults, including two-stage transmission spur gears and one-stage transmission planetary gearboxes and bearing faults, fault belt drive systems, oil circulation systems, rotor dynamic balance test modules, start stop tests, and shaft friction tests. When used in conjunction with data acquisition instruments and analysis software, it can perform fault characteristic analysis and conduct experiments separately or in combination with various defects in a safe and controllable environment. As an innovative experimental platform for studying the fault characteristics of rotating machinery, it fully meets the extensive needs of teaching simulation and scientific research users.It mainly consists of low-speed blade stage, three-phase asynchronous reduction motor or servo reduction motor, two-stage parallel shaft gearbox, double support test bearing seat unit, planetary gearbox, magnetic powder brake, speed regulation and display module, current display module, temperature display module, load display adjustment module, speed pulse output module, safety protection magnetic suction power-off protection switch system, RUZ frequency converter communication module, resistance energy consumption unit, permanent magnet generator, and DC motor simulated blade.
The experimental platform mainly consists of equipment foundation base plate platform, three-phase asynchronous variable frequency motor, frequency converter, belt drive system, bearing rotor system, dynamic balance rotor disc assembly, two-stage transmission spur gearbox, planetary gearbox, magnetic powder brake, oil circulation system, and magnetic powder loading control unit.
•Simulated motor faults: rotor unbalanced motor, rotor eccentric motor, shaft bent motor, bearing faulty motor, rotor bar faulty motor, stator winding faulty motor, voltage unbalanced and single-phase motor.
•Fault bearing simulation: bearing inner race fault, bearing outer race fault, bearing rolling element fault, bearing cage fault, and comprehensive bearing fault.
•Gear fault simulation: missing gear, broken gear, wear, cracks.
•Simulation of planetary gear faults: missing teeth, broken teeth, wear, cracks.
•Common mechanical failures: mechanical looseness, friction, misalignment test, rotor dynamic balance test.
•Identification of bearing failure frequency and gear failure frequency at different speeds.
•Test bench start stop test.
•Research on the vibration characteristics of the test bench under different torque loads.
