Through the industrial intelligent all-in-one machine, combined with the equipment fault simulation experiment platform, an intelligent operation and maintenance research and development platform is built to intuitively reflect the condition of each component of rotating machinery during operation, such as motor, bearing, gearbox, planetary gearbox, load magnetic powder brake, real-time data acquisition, such as vibration, temperature, speed, torque, noise, current, analysis, application and presentation integration. 1. The vibration monitoring system monitors the equipment, reflects the operating status of the on-site equipment, and records it. The software should be able to provide real-time data of the device and display fault analysis charts. The software needs to be able to diagnose abnormal situations such as shaft damage, loose bearings, and misalignment inside the equipment and respond promptly.
2. Alarm function - total value alarm: acceleration effective value, speed effective value, temperature alarm. Frequency band alarm: Low frequency band alarm, mid frequency band alarm, and high frequency band alarm, with alarm records.
3. Analysis function: Automatically generate OEE charts for comparison, including waveform charts, velocity and acceleration spectra, 3D waterfall charts, acceleration envelope charts, and various trend charts.
4. Database and feature tools: Bearing database, motor, pump, fan, gearbox, pulley feature calculation tool.
