The PT680 generator fault simulation testing system developed by VALENIAN is an experimental device that simulates various generator defects and common faults in rotating machinery on an experimental platform. It can simultaneously test electrical and mechanical faults to obtain valuable data under the same operating conditions. It is an experimental platform that can be applied to various scientific research fields, such as in-depth research on generator faults, study of fault diagnosis courses in research institutions, and vibration analysis research for equipment diagnostic personnel. It is an experimental platform that can reproduce various fault characteristics, which is essential for personnel conducting generator fault diagnosis and analysis. It is a specially designed product that is easy to analyze and learn generator faults in addition to the general characteristics of rotating machinery faults.
Three phase asynchronous drive motor, coupling, double support test bearing seat unit, dynamic balance correction unit, small generator, speed regulation and display module, speed pulse output module, faulty bearing, faulty generator RUZ frequency converter communication module.
It includes the following four types of faulty motors:
(1) Rotor bar fault AC generator, fault type: rotor bar broken, three damaged.
(2) Stator winding fault AC generator, fault type: single-phase turn to turn short circuit, insulation resistance drops by 10%.
(3) Voltage imbalance and single-phase AC generator, fault type: open circuit fault of one phase coil in three phases, resulting in corresponding current loss, causing generator phase loss and voltage imbalance.
(4) Internal bearing failure of the generator.
