The PT300pro Machine Vibration Simulator is driven by a small DC gear motor, with a speed regulator to adjust the rotation speed. By selecting bearings of different fault types, it can verify the frequency characteristics of bearing defects at different speeds. It can also perform rotor dynamic balance tests, start-stop tests, and is equipped with a safety protective acrylic shield, allowing for individual or combined defect experiments in a safe and controllable environment. As an innovative experimental platform for studying fault characteristics of rotating machinery, it fully meets the extensive needs of teaching simulation and scientific research users.
The test bench mainly consists of a DC drive gear motor, DC speed regulator, double-supported bearings, various sensor brackets, dynamic balance rotor discs, rotating shafts, shock-absorbing base, acrylic protective cover, magnetic powder load loading system, and load adjustment system.
