This experimental platform is mainly used for rotor dynamics verification research of high-speed rotating shaft systems, in conjunction with multi-channel vibration data collectors, upper computer software, eddy current sensors, vibration acceleration sensors, laser tachometers, and cooling water circulation systems.
This experimental bench is mainly composed of a spindle motor, coupling, speed control module, supporting bearing seat, rotor disk as the load mechanism, eddy current sensor bracket, tachometer bracket, and other parts.
