Anhui Jianzhu University has commissioned Valentinian Teaching to establish a power transmission machinery fault simulation teaching program in the experimental building of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to help undergraduate students better understand power transmission machinery fault signals and sensor testing technology, and improve their practical training abilities
VALENIAN plans to equip the laboratory with 6 sets of PT400 mechanical fault simulation equipment, D24 acquisition system, and various vibration, displacement, and noise sensors for teaching purposes.
Our laboratory is equipped with 6 PT400 transmission system diagnostic simulators, including related tools (30 students, 5 people per group), fault simulation kit, data instrument and analysis software, acceleration, noise, displacement, speed and other sensors.
PT400 experimental function
1. Imbalance Dynamic imbalance, imbalance between two shafts at different speeds
2. Incorrect Parallel misalignment in the horizontal direction, continuously adjustable angle misalignment in the horizontal direction, continuously adjustable
3. Loose foundation
4. Belt Incorrect alignment, adjustable tension, belt damage phenomenon

All the above faults can be switched and simulated in a very short preparation time, and Gongxian only needs the hexagonal wrench and movable wrench to complete the fault setting of the test bench. The vibration sensor (accelerometer) can be easily installed on the steel bearing seat through a magnetic seat or M6 screw hole.
