The SAT500 shaft alignment simulation bench is a precision alignment teaching and training tool designed for industrial technology training departments. It can use both dial indicator alignment and laser alignment, two types of correction functions. When the user locks the coupling, the two shafts will rotate together. When the coupling is removed, the user can try to perform dial indicator alignment in non-coupling mode. In this way, users can learn two commonly used methods of shaft alignment.
The main components of the test bench are made of high-strength aluminium alloy, which is both strong and lightweight, and can meet the demands of high-intensity use.
