The Pt500mini machine vibration simulator can be used for both bearing fault injection and gear injection. The PT500mini machine vibration simulator can perform the following experiments:

1. Misalignment: Motor and gearbox misalignment: Angle misalignment simulation can be performed relative to the gearbox shaft; 5. Rolling bearing fault simulation, which can simulate rolling elements, retainers, internal and external diagrams, faults. It can be quickly replaced with bearings with bearing seat installation units to switch to healthy bearings and restore normal operation. For impeller rotor faults, it can simulate imbalances, blade deformation, blade cracks, and other faults by quickly replacing blades (without disassembling the impeller). Balance weights can be installed at any angle on the rotor to achieve dynamic balancing tests.

All the above faults can be switched and simulated in a very short preparation time, and the tool only requires an Allen wrench and an adjustable wrench to complete the fault setting of the test bench. The vibration sensor (accelerometer) can be easily installed on an aluminum bearing seat through a magnetic seat or 16 screw hole.
