At the beginning of the new year, the PT700 transmission system diagnostic simulator developed by Kronian Teaching Equipment was successfully delivered to Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., marking a new stage of deep cooperation between the two parties in the fields of intelligent pollution control and pen component research for industrial equipment. This experimental platform will serve as the core research and development platform for Huawei's industrial equipment health management, providing strong technical support for the study of fault mechanisms and the development of intelligent diagnostic algorithms for key mechanical components such as gear transmission system bearings.



Solving the problem of rotating machinery fault diagnosis with full scenario simulation capability
The PT700 experimental platform, with its high-precision dynamic simulation system, can accurately reproduce the full range vibration characteristics of rotating machinery from start stop transient to steady-state operation. Through modular fault implantation technology, we support simulation experiments for more than 20 types of curved mechanical faults, including gear tooth breakage, bearing pitting, shaft misalignment, rotor imbalance, etc. Over 90% of common fault modes in industrial sites are covered. Its unique multi physics synchronous acquisition system can capture key parameters such as vibration, temperature, torque, and speed in real time. Combined with an embedded fault feature model database (including 5000+industrial case data), it provides a standardized experimental environment for Huawei's R&D team to build a mapping relationship between "fault features operating status failure threshold".
