The PT700 mechanical vibration analysis and mechanical fault simulator purchased by Nantong University this time has modular design, complete supporting facilities, powerful functions, and stable performance, which can simulate various rotating mechanical faults; Can be used to study resonance, variable speed, variable load, gears
The diagnosis of box and belt transmission faults, the process and mechanism of vibration transmission, and the relationship between vibration, motor current, and noise are a validation of new fault diagnosis methods.

PT700 Little Knowledge
The mechanical vibration analysis and fault simulation test bench is a platform for simulating various faults of mechanical moving components, conducting vibration testing, diagnosis, and analysis. Its main functions are: 1. Rolling bearing fault simulation: It can easily replace the tested bearings with defective ones. The faults that can be simulated include: damage to the inner ring, outer ring, and ball bearings of the bearing. 2. Gear fault simulation: By replacing defective gears, various gear faults can be simulated (three spare gears are provided, which can be used to process cracks, broken teeth, and wear according to requirements). 3. Simulation of shaft system faults: By adjusting the balance weight on the rotating disc of the shaft, it is possible to simulate shaft imbalance (or impeller imbalance) and missing paths. Adjusting the installation position of the shaft seat chassis can simulate shaft misalignment and missing paths. 4. Fault characteristics of variable speed and variable load trucks under different speed conditions, with a speed range of 0~1750 RPM.
5. Belt shaking.
6. Simulation of bolt pre tightening force (bolt loosening) fault.
