The PT600 machine vibration simulator has been delivered to Lanzhou University of Technology, providing a test target carrier for researching and learning fault diagnosis of common rotating machinery such as motors, bearings, and gears. Fault simulation and mechanism research can be conducted on this platform.

Experimental objective: Based on the motor fault simulation experimental platform, various common fault kits for defective motors and machinery are provided. Motor current analysis and vibration frequency latent analysis techniques are used to test and verify the basic characteristics of electrical and mechanical fault motors, in order to obtain valuable experimental data under the same operating conditions
