By quickly replacing bearings with bearing seat installation units, it is easy to switch to healthy bearings and restore normal operation. For impeller rotor faults, this training platform can simulate an unbalanced state by installing balance weights at any angle on the rotor to conduct dynamic balance tests. What is particularly prominent is that the preparation time for simulating the switching of all the above faults is extremely short, and only the Allen wrench and adjustable wrench are needed to complete the fault setting of the test bench.

This training platform adopts ABB small three-phase asynchronous motors, which are directly driven by couplings and adjusted by frequency converters.
