On February 14, 2025, Beijing, the National Institute of New Energy Technology officially introduced the PT500mini machine vibration simulator and operation test bench developed by Valentinian Teaching Equipment. This equipment will serve as the core experimental platform for reliability research of wind power equipment,
Focus on tackling the technical challenges of fault prediction and health management (PHM) for key components such as wind turbine gearboxes and main shaft bearings.

The PT500mini mechanical fault simulator, with its multi physics field coupling simulation capability, accurately reproduces the vibration characteristics of wind turbines under complex operating conditions,
1. Extreme working condition simulation: supports 0-3600rpm continuously variable transmission, simulating the impact load of the gearbox caused by sudden changes in wind speed
2. Fault implantation technology: it can preset typical faults of wind power gearbox (tooth breakage, pitting, wear) and main shaft bearing damage (raceway peeling, cage deformation), and the fault types cover 80% of the fan failure modes in IEC 61400-25 standard 3. Intelligent diagnosis system: integrate edge computing nodes, realize real-time resonance demodulation of vibration signals (resolution up to 0.1H2) and automatic matching of fault characteristic frequency, and the diagnostic accuracy exceeds 92%
