Valentinian VALENIAN company has specially developed and designed a gear life test bench (PT500-DPS) for simulating the fault diagnosis and life prediction of industrial gearboxes. The PT500-DPS gear life test bench includes two sets of single-stage parallel axis test gearboxes with rolling bearings, which can simulate gear transmission ratios from 1 to 0.7. The gearbox can be loaded with sufficient torque to cause wear and damage to the gears. All mechanical structures of the test bench are modularly installed, facilitating the study of gearbox dynamics and noise characteristics, health monitoring, and vibration characteristics based on diagnostic and predictive technologies. The test bench has stable performance, can withstand large load impacts, and has sufficient space for gear replacement, installation, and installation of various sensors.
This test bench can simulate faults such as tooth surface wear, tooth cracking, tooth surface pitting, and missing teeth of straight and helical teeth. It can also simulate faults in the inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and their coupling faults of rolling bearings. It is possible to introduce a single fault or multiple faults simultaneously to study the coupling effects between different types of faults. By loading loads and studying the damage and expansion characteristics of gears and bearings, simulate the fluctuation effects of actual loads on site.
By using the touch screen operation method and visual operation mode, various test conditions such as speed, torque, output frequency, output voltage, IGBT temperature, bus voltage, output power, output current, and output torque settings can be displayed and adjusted. Simultaneously equipped with an emergency stop button to immediately shut down in case of emergency. The motor module and power supply have dedicated mobile electrical control boxes.
