PT100 machine vibration simulator delivered to Beihang University

The PT100 machine vibration simulator is designed to learn dynamic balance, misalignment, equipment looseness, rolling bearing faults (inner ring, outer ring, ball, cage, comprehensive faults), rotor friction, and vibration characteristic frequencies at different speeds. The PT100 machine vibration simulator generates vibrations based on the degree of defects and can simulate vibration phenomena caused by imbalance and misalignment. In addition, it also trains balance and axis alignment methods to correct imbalance and misalignment faults.

Beihang and VALENIAN have been cooperating for many years. The equipment purchased this time is mainly used for bearing fault injection and fault diagnosis testing and analysis. The PT100 machine vibration simulator can learn the vibration spectrum of different types of faulty rolling bearings, master envelope analysis methods, test signals at different speeds of rolling bearings, correct misalignment and imbalance, and understand the influence of lubricants on vibration spectrum.
