The Valentinian PT500mini mechanical fault simulator has been officially delivered to Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational College to assist in the training of intelligent operation and maintenance talents for pharmaceutical and chemical equipment.

Recently, the PT500mini mechanical fault simulator developed by VALENIAN was successfully delivered to Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational College, and will be used in the school's pharmaceutical equipment.

Teaching practice and research innovation in the field of technology and intelligent operation and maintenance. This platform provides students with a full process training environment from data collection to intelligent diagnosis by simulating typical faults of core transmission components in pharmaceutical production lines.

1、 Technical Highlights: Focusing on the Core Scenarios of Pharmaceutical Production Lines


Accurate reproduction of typical faults

Support modular simulation of high incidence faults in 12 types of pharmaceutical equipment (such as tablet presses and mixer transmission systems), including bearing pitting, gear tooth breakage, and shaft misalignment, with a fault implantation accuracy of ± 0.05mm.

Integrated vibration, temperature, and speed multi-sensor synchronous acquisition system (sampling rate 100kS/s), restoring the entire process data of equipment failure.

Empowering intelligent diagnostic algorithms

Built in ResNet-18 lightweight diagnostic model, fault classification accuracy>92%, students can compare the differences between traditional spectrum analysis (FFT/envelope spectrum) and AI diagnosis.

Supporting digital twin interface, supporting MATLAB/Simulink simulation model and physical experiment data interaction verification.

Balancing safety and efficiency

5-minute quick replacement: The design of the coupling bearing and gear module avoids the misalignment of the shaft system caused by traditional disassembly and assembly.

Triple safety protection: IP54 protective cover, emergency stop circuit (response<10ms), overload automatic power-off.

2、 Teaching Value: Building an Integrated System of "Job Course Competition Certificate"
