Recently, Jiangsu University of Technology introduced the VALENIAN-PT500 mini rotating machinery fault simulator, injecting new energy into the research work led by rotating machinery. With its excellent performance in accurately simulating faults, the test bench is designed based on modular mechanical dynamics simulation and multi physics field coupling analysis concept, which can highly reproduce the typical fault modes of gearbox and rotor transmission system in industrial scenarios, helping the research team achieve significant breakthroughs in rotating machinery research. Traditional research on rotating machinery faults often faces problems such as difficulty in fully reproducing actual working conditions and limited experimental conditions, resulting in a significant reduction in the accuracy and effectiveness of scientific research data. The emergence of the VALENIAN-PT500 mini test bench has successfully solved these problems. Its modular design concept allows researchers to flexibly combine test modules according to different scientific research needs, and construct diverse experimental field records. At the same time, the application of multi physics analysis technology allows the test bench to comprehensively consider the interaction of multiple factors when simulating faults, ensuring that the simulation results are highly compatible with the actual industrial field.

The research leader of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology stated that after introducing the measuring platform, the team has made significant progress in the research of gearbox fault diagnosis. Through the PT500 measuring platform, the fault modes such as gear wear and tooth breakage are accurately reproduced. The researchers have obtained a large amount of real and effective experimental data, providing solid support for the development of more efficient and accurate fault diagnosis algorithms. Currently, the team has published multiple high-quality academic papers based on these data and reached cooperation intentions with multiple enterprises, gradually transforming scientific research results into actual productivity. It is reported that the VALENIAN-PT500 mini model not only performs well in performance, but also greatly saves laboratory space and reduces the operating threshold for researchers due to its compact size and convenient operation. This feature enables more research teams to quickly get started and conduct in-depth research. In the future, Jiangsu University of Technology will continue to deepen its cooperation with VALENIAN.
