The Intelligent Manufacturing Teaching Laboratory jointly built by the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Valennian has been successfully completed. The experiment also introduced 5 Valennian/ALENIAN PT900 cloud computing intelligent diagnostic test benches, 2 PT650 vibration demonstration devices, and 1 WFD1000 transmission system diagnostic simulator.
The PT00, PT650, and WFD1000 test benches have multiple pre testing functions, including a set of intelligent gateways that combine efficient cloud online photo testing and maintenance methods with predictive component maintenance methods, allowing for multi scenario and multi type equipment failure testing. The system integrates a database of 40000 imported bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc., and can automatically diagnose the cause of faults.
The intelligent diagnostic acquisition system combined with equipment fault implantation experimental platform creates an intelligent operation and maintenance research and development platform, which can intuitively reflect the condition of various components during the operation of rotating machinery. The platform business architecture includes sensors, data acquisition modules, routers, etc., combined with IoT and big data analysis technology, it can display information such as the operating status of devices and sensors in the system, and seamlessly integrate with factory PLCs to achieve true intelligent monitoring.
The Valentinian PT900, PT650, and WFD1000 test benches can serve scientific and technological innovation practice, scientific research, and practical teaching, achieving resource sharing. It combines innovative education and teaching models of industry, academia, research, and application, forming the ability to innovate project-based teaching resources and transform research results, which helps to improve the quality of teaching and research.
In addition, the laboratory can also carry out various research projects, covering multiple fields such as rotor unbalanced AC motor testing and eccentric rotor signal research.
This cooperation will provide strong support for teaching and research in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and promote the development and application of related technologies.
