The mechanical simulation laboratory constructed by Putian College this time is located in the Chen Jinrong teaching building of the college. It adopts the PT800 combined multifunctional mechanical fault simulator designed by VALEMIAN. The PT800 mechanical teaching simulation system consists of platform hardware and state monitoring and measurement teaching system software, which can be widely used in various universities for research, teaching, and practical operations in predictive maintenance, rotor dynamics, rotating machinery fault diagnosis, equipment state monitoring, and other fields.

The VALFNIAN-PT800 mechanical fault simulator adopts a modular structure, allowing it to adapt to specific testing requirements. Including simulation of imbalance phenomena, misalignment phenomena, research on foundation looseness, motor damage, mechanical friction signal acquisition, bearing faults, gear faults, coupling defect implantation, belt transmission tension diagnosis, centrifugal pump cavitation research, blade problems, reciprocating single stroke mechanism research, critical speed experiments, and other research types, a comprehensive range of accessories are required to repeatedly simulate various types of damage faults. The Valencian vibration acoustic emission tester is used to measure and evaluate mechanical experimental platforms.
