PT581 vibration demonstration equipment delivered to Dalian University of Technology Bridge and Tunnel Laboratory
In March, spring returned to the earth, and the PT581 vibration demonstration equipment experimental platform developed by Valentian Equipment was successfully delivered to the Bridge and Tunnel Laboratory of Dalian University of Technology. This experimental platform will mainly be used for the collection and diagnosis of various fault vibrations of centrifugal pumps, providing important experimental equipment support for related research in the field of bridge and tunnel engineering.

The PT581 vibration demonstration equipment experimental platform is a powerful and stable experimental device. It can collect and diagnose various faults of centrifugal pumps, such as cavitation, impeller deformation, valve failure, impeller wear, impeller imbalance, and other faults. In addition, the experimental platform can also detect and judge bearing faults, and can preset local thinning replacement parts to simulate various faulty bearing components, thereby more accurately detecting and processing fault signals and accurately determining the type of fault.

The experimental platform mainly consists of a motor, a transformer, a coupling, a support bearing, a vertical water pump circulating pump set, pipelines, pipeline elbows and reducers, globe valves, water tanks, pressure sensors and flow sensors, operating variable control modules, faulty bearings, faulty impellers, etc. Through the collaborative work of these components, the experimental platform can achieve comprehensive monitoring and fault diagnosis of centrifugal pumps.
The person in charge of the Bridge and Tunnel Laboratory at Dalian University of Technology stated that the introduction of the PT581 vibration demonstration equipment will further enhance the laboratory's capabilities and level in centrifugal pump research. They look forward to providing more accurate and reliable data support for scientific research and engineering practice in related fields through the application of this experimental platform.
