  1. Bearing fault simulation, providing inner ring, outer ring, rolling element, cage and mixed faults for bearing fault diagnosis experiments. By combining motor control and load control software, a bearing fault diagnosis environment that approximates actual working conditions can be achieved for bearing life prediction. By applying a rated load, the bearing can operate continuously for a short period of time and reach a failure state. Multiple bearing failure process data, including vibration, temperature, speed, noise, etc., can be collected to establish a sample size database and bearing life prediction model, which can be verified and corrected through subsequent experiments.

Test principle of BTS100 vibration demonstration equipment

Load is an important component of the service life of bearings. Overloading can reduce the lifespan of bearings and may lead to premature wear. This experimental device can generate an overloaded working state for the bearing and study the gradual deterioration process of the bearing. The vertical load mechanism is installed at the end of the shaft and can control the load on the shaft in the vertical direction. The shaft is supported by two bearings with inner diameters (f506210&N210), and the inner diameter range of the test bearings is f45~20mm. The tested bearing in the bearing seat is loaded from the lower jack bolt to one side using a load mechanism, and the load sensor is responsible for measuring the load on the bearing.

This mechanism is designed to be easy to install and disassemble for bearing inspection, and has the advantage of effectively applying loads to actual bearings. By adjusting the hydraulic jack, the load on the bell carrier box can be raised from 50k to 3000k in the vertical direction.

By using a hydraulic jack load mechanism to increase radial and axial loads, and measuring signals proportional to the load applied to the force sensor, the results are displayed.
