Application of Machine Vibration Simulator in Chongqing Chuanyi Automation
The R&D department of Chuanyi Automation approached us, mainly responsible for the development of an intelligent monitoring and diagnostic system for the full life cycle health status of equipment based on vibration, stress wave, and current wave technologies for predictive maintenance. Based on stress waves and current harmonics, the system continuously monitors and provides weekly warnings for parameters such as dynamic load, wear, lubrication, surface roughness, unbalanced stress, electrical insulation, and stator and rotor air breakage of all dynamic equipment. We urgently need a small fault simulation platform to test our developed sensors, collectors, and testing software. We hope to put it in the elevator and connect it to a 220V power supply in the 4th floor office. The VALENIAN-PT700 machine vibration simulator meets these conditions. Due to conducting experiments at Valentian Company many years ago, the procurement process went smoothly.
