Project Background: Technical Pain Points in Industrial Equipment Fault Diagnosis

As the "hidden champion" in the field of industrial intelligent equipment, Hangzhou Jingye Intelligence's core products, radiation resistant robots and nuclear intelligent detection equipment, need to work stably in strong radiation and long-term (continuous operation for more than ten years) environments, and the equipment failure rate needs to be controlled below 60% of the industry average. The transmission systems (including core components such as bearings, gears, rotors, etc.) of its nuclear fuel reprocessing equipment, retired nuclear power plant robots, and other products are prone to hidden faults such as wear, cracks, and misalignment in strong radiation and high and low temperature alternating environments. Traditional fault diagnosis methods are difficult to predict in advance, and on-site fault data collection is difficult and risky.



To address the core pain points of "missing fault data" and "difficult validation of diagnostic algorithms", Jingye Intelligence urgently needs a mechanical fault test bench that can simulate special working conditions of industrial equipment, for fault feature extraction, diagnostic algorithm training, and product reliability verification. After technical research, we ultimately chose to cooperate with Valentinian (Suzhou) Teaching Equipment Co., Ltd. to customize and develop the PT500mini-S mechanical fault simulator.
Core Transformation and Adaptation Design of Customized PT500mini-S
In response to the special operating environment of nuclear industry equipment and the research and development needs of Jingye Intelligence, the customized version PT500mini-S has completed three major core transformations on the basis of the standard version, achieving full process adaptation of "working condition simulation data acquisition algorithm verification"
