A batch of machine vibration simulators containing PT100/500mini/PT400/PT700 were delivered to the Graduate School of Henan University of Technology

The Valenian experimental platform can be simulated and constructed in a virtual manner during the early deployment stage. Before the diagnostic steps are implemented, a rotating machinery fault simulation test bench is used in advance to determine the distribution of mechanical and electrical equipment and vibration energy. When using electromechanical equipment as a diagnostic model for fault diagnosis, it is necessary to effectively distinguish the differences between the rotating machinery fault simulation test bench and the actual situation, and accurately select the detection points. The research on fault diagnosis of rotating machinery is of great significance for avoiding catastrophic accidents and huge economic losses. In order to transplant scientific research achievements into experimental teaching, this article designs a small mechanical fault simulation test bench system, aiming to enable testers to understand the faults that generally occur during the vibration process of rotating machinery, the hazards they cause, and the diagnostic methods.
